  • Body Interact: Use a screen-based 3-D, immersive training platform that offers dynamic monitoring, dialoguing, diagnostic testing, imaging, medications, intervention options and performance debriefing.
  • Cardiovascular Interventional Simulation: This new feature allows you to practice procedures under the guidance of expert clinicians, plus get hands-on experience using various interventional equipment.
  • Hemodynamics Simulation: Formerly the Mechanical Circulatory Support Simulation, this lets you model adult and pediatric critical scenarios and observe hemodynamic consequences of conditions.
  • SimMan Vascular: This new simulation area will demonstrate invasive operations with a realistic, full-body adult patient simulator.

Early Career Day: Early career members can rub elbows with senior investigators during this day of learning, which features a networking lunch and specialty breakout sessions.

Case Theaters: Hear 45-minute presentations of recorded cases by experts in procedures such as coronary PCI, electrophysiology, heart failure, vascular disease and aortic and mitral valve disease.

  • FAHA Lounge: Fellows of the American Heart Association will have their own lounge to network with peers, relax and recharge. Coffee will be available Sunday-Tuesday from 8 to 11 a.m.
